About Lynn

YOU are the artist of your life—the designer of your dreams.

YOU can creatively mold and transform them to be whatever you want.

YOU get to play, color, shape, sing loudly, dance, let go, dare with them.

YOU are a unique and extraordinary being with so much to offer the world. You don’t have to be artistic to be the creator of your aliveness.

Because the greatest art that we can create is a truly LIVED life.

For over 20 years, I’ve guided people (like you) to know themselves better & create the life they’ve always envisioned.

For many people, Lynn will be the guide to help you know who you are – to remember the essence of your true nature and that is pure unconditional love. DON MIGUEL RUIZ, INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLING AUTHOR OF THE FOUR AGREEMENTS & OTHERS

It’s all about celebrating who we truly are within; who we already are, right this moment.

Because it’s only from this genuine place that we’re able to create more of what we want—whether that’s more peace (and less stress), more happiness, more success, or all of the above.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping you get of your own way, so that you can boldly be YOU.

As a Creativity Expert with a BFA in Theater and a Masters in Counseling Psychology, I’ve worked as a therapist, a spiritual teacher, led workshops, participated on expert panels, and launched a few businesses along the way.

I bring insight and inspiration and play and a guiding hand to help you create whatever you long to experience.

I love to write, paint and create games (like The Game of You & The Game of Insight) Play The Game of You™A Book & Card Deck Set, and The Game of Insight™A Board Game, to learn more about who you really are — as you create the life you want.

I’m an artist first and foremost—because ultimately, I believe that everything we do is creative:

The way we think.
The way we problem solve.
The way we make the most of our lives.

I took my creative gifts, my pain and losses, my mess, my flaws, and my art . . . and turned them into a purpose and a passion.

I’d love to support and give you the same permission.
